Josiah **Bad Azz** Grant!

First Time with a MAN!

**Bad Azz** Workshop!!!

Today I travel to Milton Keynes to visit

**Bad Azz**    & of course the lovely Polenastics crew!

This is my first workshop with a man and wasn’t sure how I felt as I’ve never really seen a male pole dancer shaking his thang. I have to say…DANG!!!  I’m IMPRESSED coz he taught me a trick or too (not saying I know every trick in the book but I’m a female…. Surely I should?)

I am thankful for **Bad Azz** for showing me how to:

1) Make ….. *ahem*…. My Booty ‘Clap’…. Yes you heard right and Yes it’s more of an applause than just the singular clap, but we’re working on it 😀

2) get into those signature moves of his, Kamikazee, The Dangerous, Popcorn, Scissor splits, Flow & some Sexeeeeeeey floor work!

3) do it America Stylee…. The language, the movements it was all SO inspiringly sexy & motivating! Fab Dancer, SUPER flexible and hardcore strength! Wow, What a man!!!

Love HIM!!!!   😀  xxxx

Photo shoot for Pocket Pole Studio iphone app

pocket pole studio iphone appIts amazing  the opportunities that Pole Dancing has brought into my life.. and the different connections and friendships that I have made.. especially when you get a message out of the blue asking if you will be willing to participate in the creation of the First comprehensive Pole Dance App!!

Photograoher Adam Jay of 1st Image Studios, London is creating an application for iphone that teaches you how to pole dance. I was lucky enough to work with Mari of Sugar Pole Fitness, Carly of Make Me Fabulous, Spinderella & Jenni of South Pole Akademy. An eventful day and pictures soon to be released after the app goes live.

Watch this space!! 🙂

Do your bit for charity!

pole dance for sport reliefI’ll be honest. I can’t run to save my life. I will never do a marathon nor do I ever want to. A marathon is a long ol’ way! Training my body to endure that much pain, dedicating that much time just running? I have no interest in it (“That running looks great on you darling!” …not me!)

A Pole-a-thon however…. Now we’re talking! So when Polenastics asked us to help out for their Pole-a-thon for Sport Relief…. Well, a couple of us had to represent and get involved didn’t we? Held in Lloyds Bar, Milton Keynes we headed over to be tagged in on the pole action. J My girls made me very proud, showing some brilliant technique and so much courage to get up on the pole. I however had misplaced my brain and forgot everything when I was up there! Stage Fright, but brilliant to be part of such an amazing night!
