Bloggin

Beginner Blogger

So today I’ve looked in my diary and backdated everything I’ve been upto, I’m new to blogging and to be honest writing my life as I go? We all do so much in a day surely you can’t write it all? Actually you wouldn’t want to read it all? Some bits are just mundane?!

Whilst writing I have realised the following

1)      I write everything that comes into my head – ( May not be a good thing? Items such as lol… and general ‘sayings’ that I use day to day = Not Cool! )

2)      My grammar & punctuation… It’s just shocking isn’t it?! I have no excuse, I did go to school. Just never paid attention to that bit & to be honest we’re all good at something….. mine’s not grammar & punctuation! 🙂 If you don’t like it feel free to spell proof each item and send back to me ( Thanks 🙂 )

3)      From point 2 you’ll notice I even ‘make words up’, I do this in class to…. I call it Talking Dyslexic ( I am sorry if this offends anyone who is actually dyslexic) but I do talk dyslexic, my mouth cannot keep up with my brain and all the words come out at the same time OR sometimes I don’t have the right words so use a far inferior word in its place that barely / vaguely  explains my point. Funny in class ( students laugh with / at me… either way they are laughing 🙂 ) however rubbish when you are in an argument!

4)      I use ……….. far too much. I try and replicate my everyday speech and I suppose I call that a ‘dramatic pause’. Either way it’s using up web space. Note to self – ditch it 🙂

5)      Serial Offender of Text Speak! U kno wot I mean? T3rrible! LOL

6)      I love Smiley Faces in whatever format they come in   🙂  😀  🙂  😀  🙂  😛

My main come back to all the above….Well what can I say….. I’m only human ain’t I? And well…. it’s my blog so Ner Ner Ner Ner Nah!  🙂

Judging “Routine for the Nation”

Well I have just come back from the weekend as I was asked to be a  part of the judging panel for Routine for the Nation Competition in Plymouth. The competition was set up by the National Synchronised Pole Dance Squad ( of which I am a part of ) Otherwise known as NSPDS.

Studio 22 based in Taunton won R4N and we will soon be rolling out their winning routine.

Here it is right here!

I had a fab time judging ( although a lot of responsibility!) and enjoyed a workshop with Karen Chaundy of BodyBarre whilst I was in Plymouth. I even have the bruises to prove it 🙂

The NSPDS are doing great things…. Check out their website to find out more!
