As an Instructor it is important to keep upto date with your knowledge & to continually learn & grow within your teaching. In 2007 I was fortunate to be part of the YMCA Display Team that toured the UK & displayed at many fitness events it gave me a chance to see all the new research,techniques & ideas that were flooding the fitness market.
