Bookable Courses
All courses require a £20 deposit to secure your place & the remaining balance to be paid on the 1st day of your course. ( This can be paid via Bacs, Cash or Cheque).
COMPLETE Beginners Course – Beginners 4 week course – £40
Pole Fitness Course ~ Mixed Ability 8 week course – £80

If a course has less than 6 people booked it will be unable to run.
All classes are for reasonably healthy adults. If you have any medical conditions then please tell your instructor before your course starts as you may need to consult your doctor before exercising.
If you are booking onto a course you will be required to fill in an Exercise Questionnaire & an Informed Consent Form. Please arrive on time / early to fill this in. This is to protect yourself and the instructor. Any persons arriving more than 5 minutes late to class will be refused entry. Due to the nature of the class a warm up is a VITAL part of the class therefore if missed can result in injuries.
