Class Descriptions
Pole Fitness Course – A Bookable 8 week course to get your core strength, poise, grace & spinning ability on the pole up to scratch.
The roots of I Would Rather Be Pole Dancing and a class loved by many!
Abs Attack – Exactly what it says on the tin! Core & Fitness Pilates based exercises focusing on
conditioning the core area ready for those spins & tricks.
Boxing Circuit – I hit of Cardiovascular aswell as endurance exercises all rolled up in a pad & glove based workout. Be prepared for some Kettlebells, Skipping & Medicine Ball too.
