2015 and 2016 – LET’S DO THIS!!!

2015 One Word…….. WOW!

And I mean a good WOW, not one of those WOW’s you say when you can’t believe how dumb your friend has made themself look with their latest facebook status.

We had such a busy year it literally went by in a flash but the biggest memory is saying Goodbye to West Star and HELLO Unit 9! It took just over a month from every single person I know pulling together and mucking in to get the studio ready and I still don’t feel we are at our full potential. (Still some ‘mood lighting’ to go in and other little finishing touches).

Aside from the finishing touches, I am so very proud to call it home and if I could move in….. I would! It’s bigger, better, lighter and warmer than our old premises and I feel we can do so much in this space the possibilities are endless!!!

To say I am grateful for all the help is an understatement! I would like to thank every single person who came down and helped at the studio. I literally could not have done it without you! I love my Pole family so much!

So here’s to an amazing 2016 and may it be filled with laughter, love and lunges! ALL OF THE LUNGES! And plenty of pole of course! 🙂 To all my students… I have many idea’s lined up ready for class and I cannot wait to teach you! You better be ready!!!!!

Love always

Zombie Photoshoot

Zombie Photoshoot

So I’ve come back off a *LUSH* holiday relaxing, drinking, working & just tanning my hide.( Thank You to my pole princess for that you know who you are 😀 ). I’m looking more than healthy & what did I book in my diary?

A Zombie Photoshoot with the deadly mix of Anna-Marie Fullbrook, Pippa Ceaser, Louise Coburn,Dawn Roberts & the amazing photographer…..Scott Chalmers.

I’ll be honest I wasn’t even in the room. I was still *yawn* tired from holiday…. Tired? I know I had relaxed for a week – FATAL! I’d stopped hadn’t I! So today was just a chance to dress up and get eating some flesh 😀 – Anna promised me she wouldn’t scare me however with the white contacts in. She had to do the face…. you know that scary stare… *shudders* .

Lou did a FAB job on everyone’s make up, Pippa gave some much valued advice which led to me finalling nailing that Twisty Grip Handspring, Dawn just giggled the whole day and was fabulous on the pole despite grip issues ( I had the same said issues – think we over killed on the mud & gore 🙂 )

As for Anna-Marie, well she made the photoshoot just SUCH fun getting into character with rasping throat gurgling noises ( even scarier with those contact lenses and ‘the stare’ ) *Shudders*

Scott is such a professional and completely embraced the idea of the shoot & put up with some really craziness! Hahaha Poor man!

**Update**

To be honest I have the pics back and because I don’t watch Zombie movies ( Too scared ) my Zombie face isn’t that convincing …… *sigh* Never Mind… I had a Lush experience poling with the lovely ladies 🙂 xxx

Pantera Blacksmith…..WOW!!!!

A Workshop with a TRUE Idol & Inspiration…. Pantera Blacksmith. AMAZING!

Today has been the peak in my learning. A few hours with Pantera Blacksmith has taught me some life changing lessons! Her philosophies about pole & life, her professionalism, approachability, grounded, dedication to the sport, strength, sexiness, I could go on forever. Honestly I have taken so much away with me from these few hours – I can’t tell you all my secrets I’ve learnt, Come to my classes and you will SEE & FEEL how my classes have changed since she has been in my life. One of Pantera’s Mantra’s …… Better, Stronger….

I have taken all this on board and am striving to be the best I possibly can be. I thought I was before but no….. it was fizzled down by day to day life and other stresses. Pole TRULY makes me happy, it gives me a sense of worth seeing girls achieve what they struggle with and I LOVE seeing people happy….. it makes me Happy!

Lots of love and admiration for Pantera Blacksmith. Thank you Deb Riley for bringing her into our life & Polenastics for hosting such an inspiring day. I love you all  😀   – Pearcey xxxx

Another day in pole paradise learning how to properly demonstrate all those intermediate moves. I have been practising these and teaching them for a while and wanted to confirm what I was doing was right. Learnt some fab adaption’s to moves & a enjoyed a full day learning. I teach so much its hard to keep some energy left for me. Today was all about my learning! Loved it! And loved seeing how far Helen ( ex student ) has come along. She really is loving that pole! Well Done 😀 xxx

Very proud of myself as I managed to nail the Spin & Snap ( Or Snap & Spin? ) I had a ‘Ouchey’ experience with it some months back and never went back to it as was in fear of it ( Nemesis!!!) Today KT Coates pushed me to try it again and after some pauses I managed to finally nail it …. Now to polish it and make it stronger  😀   Thank You KT for all your encouragement – Great seeing you again 😀 xxx
